Invitation Letter

After registering for the conference, you may request a visa support letter. To request an invitation letter, please email free5gc2026@gmail.com and include the following information:

  • Name: Required. You may include a preferred title or prefix if you would like it to appear on the letter.
  • Paper ID/Title: Optional; for authors only.
  • Postal Address: Required.
  • Affiliation: Required.
  • Date of Birth: Optional; required only if you would like it included on the letter.
  • Additional Information: Optional. Please specify any other information you would like included in the letter..

Please ensure that you have registered for the forum before requesting an invitation letter. Please allow 5–8 business days for processing.

Visa Requirements

Before traveling to Taiwan, please review the visa requirements and ensure you have a valid visa. Official visa information can be obtained from the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Below is a summary of the visa application options. Please select the one that best matches your status to proceed.

  • Visa-exemption program: Citizens of countries included in the Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA) visa-exemption program do not require a visa. Please check if your passport qualifies for this exemption.
  • Visa/eVisa: If you need a visa to enter Taiwan, we recommend applying for an eVisa. Please follow the instructions provided here.
  • For Hong Kong and Macau passport holders: If you hold a Hong Kong or Macau passport, please follow the instructions here.
  • For Chinese passport holders: If you hold a Chinese passport, please follow the instructions here.
